This is a fun way to introduce two concepts to children. First, it is a follow-on to Spanish4Kids, and reinforces Spanish words for shapes and colors. Secondly, basic shapes are used to draw!
Six shapes line the bottom of the screen, and one shakes at a time. The child touches the shape hears the spanish word for it, and it floats up to the drawing board, to create a scene. After the scene is completed, the shapes are replaced by colors, and the child can color all the white shapes. Hit the button, “done,” and the drawing animates as a reward for all the child’s hard work.
Scene 1 uses a polygon to create a house, a triangle to create a sail boat, rectangles to create a wagon, and circles and ovals create the sun and flowers.
Scene 2 uses ovals and circles to create dogs and cats, and Scene 3 uses circles, rectangles and ovals to create a person, and balloons.
